TRAINING:
The CCC Pastor pleaded with government to invest more resources in the training of the youth of the country.
This, he noted will ensure the proper deployment of the talent of the youth and other useful potentials for industry, academia and other trades.
Pastor Aduama believes apart from tuning up the educational system to ensure there is avenues of employment when they complete school, the youth he noted should be specially trained to be fit for purpose.
Information technology, the Assistant Pastor mentioned is an area that provides huge potentials for the youth and stressed that a conscious effort is made by government to invest resources to entice the youth into that field.
‘’The government can reap huge dividends when it makes a conscious effort to invest in the education and skills development of the youth and I see the Information technology area as a field that can help to unleash the tremendous potentials of the youth’’, Pastor Aduama noted.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT:
The CCC minister urged the youth to work on their character since that will help to place them well in society.
According to him, no institution or corporation would want to work with an untruthful or care-less person.
This, the CCC Pastor said places an enormous task on them to prepare themselves up in a better way so that when they are offered opportunities or jobs they will not mess up.
‘’As youth we need to develop good character and attitudes so that when we are offered job opportunities or positions in life we would not mess up but will be grounded by the good things we learnt while preparing ourselves’’, Pastor Aduama admonished.
