Ghana News–A human development coach and Head of Manuel Consult, Mr Emmanuel Osei Gyamfi has advised the youth to strive to put premium on themselves so as to create employment for others and themselves.
According to him, everything one would seek to have in life depends on the kind of mindset he or she will attach to that particular vision.
Speaking to ghanagong.com in Kumasi, the respected human development coach said the unemployment rate in the country could be drastically reduced if the youth attach seriousness to upgrading themselves.
Personal development, he noted is the best thing one could do to ensure he employs himself or others after he or she has learnt a trade or profession.
‘’The best way to getting employed is to put premium on yourself by using the knowledge you have to transform your situation’’, the Human Development Consultant intimated.
PRINCIPLE:
Mr Gyamfi noted the principle of life is to use the talent one possesses to achieve or attain whatever vision on aspires for.
This principle, he maintained is an inherent one since God who created mankind has embedded that in them.
The Consultant asked the youth to strive to perfect the gifting they have in themselves by upgrading their knowledge base.
According to him, every polished talent emanates from premiums or personal upgrades that had been put on it.
‘’You can only become employed by deploying your talent and while you upgrade yourself with your talent you will then become an employer of many others’’, the consultant stressed.
CHALLENGE:
Waxing biblical, Mr Gyamfi said God in the Bible asked Moses to use the rod he had in his hand to open the red sea that was sitting in front of the people of Israel.
This example, he noted places a responsibility on people to use the talent they wield to create avenues of employment for themselves.
According to him, the government cannot create employment for the entire citizenry.
He, therefore, urged the youth to act proactively by seeking for avenues to sharpen their talent so as to be drivers of their own destinies.
‘’My brother, God in the Bible performed wonders through a staff or rod Moses and Aaron had in their hands but when the people of Israel reached the River Nile and were crying for a miracle God told Moses to use the same rod or staff to create a path in the red sea so they could pass’’, Mr Gyamfi passionately posited.
