The absence of the headteacher of Breman Edumanu D/A Basic School in the Central Region who went into hiding after being exposed in a leaked sex tape is affecting academic work in the school.
Robert Sepey went into hiding after a sex tape emerged involving him and a 17-year-old student.
Teachers in the school are outraged over the incident while the school remains without leadership.
The Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District Education Directorate has since directed the Circuit Supervisor of Education to take over the Breman Edumanu D/A Basic School following the sex tape incident.
The education directorate in the area seeks to resolve the issue surrounding the sex tape and get a proper structure in place to run the school.
The Circuit Supervisor Mr. Acquah Arhin has therefore sent message to Mr. Sepey to report to the school for the issue to be trashed out instead of abandoning his post as the headmaster of the school.
Meanwhile the youth of the town are angry and demanding a mass transfer of all the teachers of the school.
Ghanagong learns they have been accusing the teachers of sleeping with the pupils but could not push for any action for lack of evidence. They say they have now found their voice alongside the evidence they need to press home their case.
The District Police Command, the chiefs and people of the town are currently on the heels of Mr. Sepey over the alleged sex tape.
Interestingly, it seems the headmaster recorded the sex bout himself.
